A Resurrection Like His

We were therefore buried with him through baptism into death in order that, just as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, we too may live a new life. For if we have been united with him in a death like his, we will certainly also be united with him in a resurrection like his. Romans 6:4-5

Lord Jesus, you bore our sin…you carried our cross…you chose the nails that were meant for our hands and our feet. You died in our place on Calvary. Thank you Jesus for the blood you shed for us…the very blood that has washed us clean and set us free…forever united with you in a resurrection like yours. Amen
