Rejoice Always

“Rejoice always, pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.” 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18

Father, we love you and praise your Holy Name! You have asked us to rejoice, pray and give thanks at all times, yet we often fail because we tend to seek our own resolution to our difficult circumstances. Much to the delight of the enemy, our failure only brings more suffering, sadness and despair. Lord, when storms come into our lives, we pray for the wisdom to just “Pray First” as you have asked us to do. Father, may thy will be done in our lives. In the Name of Jesus! Amen.
